Ruth Atomate
Managing Entrepreneurship Law Blog Editor and Research Assistant

Ruth is a third-year J.D. Candidate originally from Gaithersburg, Maryland. Ruth has her B.A. in Political Science from York University in Toronto, ON. She is the Chief Executive Officer of the Moot Court team and has done various moot court competitions. After graduation, Ruth hopes to pursue a career in Litigation. In her spare time, Ruth enjoys being with her dog, doing yoga, and traveling.

Tim Azizkhan
Lead Research Assistant

Tim is a third-year J.D./M.B.A. candidate originally from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Gettysburg College. He serves as the President of the Business Law Society and is a legal writing teaching assistant. Tim has previously served as an ex-officio board member of the Carlisle Chamber of Commerce. Tim is also a co-author with Prof. Prince and others on The Effects of 401(k) Vesting Schedules–in Numbers. He and Prof. Prince have also co-authored a letter to the U.S. Department of Treasury recommending that vesting schedule elimination be included in the IRS 2024-25 Guidance Plan. ​Prior to attending law school, he served as the Director of Business Development for a management consulting firm and as the Membership Services Coordinator for a nonprofit organization promoting the meaningful utilization of U.S. small businesses in government agencies providing foreign assistance. He will be clerking in the Delaware Superior Court following graduation.

Alyssa Boob
Lead Research Assistant

Alyssa is a third-year law student who is from Centre Hall, PA. Alyssa holds a B.S. in Psychology with a neuroscience focus from the Pennsylvania State University. She serves as the Executive Articles Editor for the Dickinson Law Review. Alyssa and Prof. Prince have co-authored a letter to the U.S. Department of Labor addressing SECURE 2.0 Act and disclosure requirements. ​She has an interest in corporate law and after graduation will be working as an associate for Richards, Layton & Finger.

Nicole Cesanek
​Research Assistant

​Nicole is a second-year J.D./M.B.A. candidate. She holds a B.S. degree in Business, Organizations, and Management from Gettysburg College where she also minored in Economics. Nicole serves as Secretary of the Student bar Association, Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Secretary of Health Law Society, and is a member of both PSU THON Commitee and Women’s Law Caucus. She has interest in either corporate law or personal injury.

Brian Emhof
Research Assistant

Brian is a second-year law student who earned his Bachelors degree from Penn State University. He serves as a 2L Honor Code Representative for the Dickinson Law Student Bar Association. His interest is in Business Law, Wills Trusts & Estates, and Property Law.

Luke Gorman
​Lead Research Assistant

Luke is a third-year law student who earned B.S. degrees in Applied Mathematics and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. He serves as an Incoming Comments Editor for the Dickinson Law Review. Luke is also a co-author with Prof. Prince and others on The Effects of 401(k) Vesting Schedules–in Numbers. A native of central Pennsylvania, Luke enjoys hiking and biking, photography, and science fiction.

Rebecca Hatton
Research Assistant

Rebecca Hatton is a second-year law student originally from Dallas, TX. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Arkansas in 2020. As a law student, she serves as an Associate Editor for the Dickinson Law Review, Vice President of the Student Bar Association, and a tutor for Professor Gipson’s 1L Tort Law class. Rebecca is currently an extern for The Honorable Judge Victor P. Stabile at the Pennsylvania Superior Court, where she previously interned last summer. In her free time, she enjoys distance running and traveling.

Miyah Kureishy
Lead Research Assistant

Miyah is a third-year law student who graduated from The Ohio State University. She serves as President of the Inernational Law Society and as the Mentorship Chair of the Women’s Law Caucus. She is a tutor for Business Entities I. Over the past two summers, she clerked with the Honorable Victor P. Stabile at the Pennsylvania Superior Court. In her free time, she enjoyrs playing with her puppy and snowboarding.

Marcus Myers
Research Assistant

Marcus Myers is a 2L at Penn State Dickinson Law. Marcus is a graduate of Winthrop University, in Rock Hill, South Carolina. He is currently an Associate Editor for the Dickinson Law Review, and President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Marcus is interested in sports law, intellectual property law, and entertainment law.
